15th November 2005 - Day 43

I thought I could come back and take a nap after my lecture in the morning.

But I checked my email and found that the professor has rejected my request. I didn't have much choice but to attend another lecture in Geman.

Then I attended the same lecture in English (because the German version was way ahead of the one in English and I couldn't catch a thing).

After which, the tutorial of this lecture. It was funny. I was the only student attending the tutorial at this particular timeslot. The tutor (who is a student doing her Masters thesis) just sat beside me and went through the tutorial questions (which I obviously did not prepare). Like personal tuition.

I think I almost drove her crazy because I didn't know much of the Fachwörter. She had to explain to me what the terms are in English. In fact, she even asked me whether I want to listen to the tutorial in English or German! Like watching TV program with dual sound.

After lessons finally ended, I walked to a supermarket to get some stuffs before heading back. While cooking my dinner, I finally had the chance to talk to the mysterious guy in 504. Yup, I have met and talked to everyone on this floor except him. He seems to be cooping himself up as he cannot speak much deutsch.

After my dinner, Stefan came over and asked me to join him, his girlfriend and Caroline to eat some Dampfnudeln. I went later as I was still full, but nothing was left. There, I drank something that taste very similar to Ouzo, just that this one comes from France. I'm sober today, and decided that this doesn't taste nice at all. Like liquorice.

So, it ended up as quite a long day for me.
